Banana Puris by Adiraja


Puris:
250g capati/brown flour,
50g chickpea flour,
1/2 tsp ground chili or paprika,
1 tsp turmeric,
1 tsp ground cumin,
salt,
1 tbsp ghee,
2 ripe bananas
(If the dough is too wet, add extra flour).
