Tapioca and Sweet Potato Patties by Keli Cancala



1 cup tapioca soaked for a few hours 
1 large sweet potato, boiled 
1/2 cup ground almonds, 1/2 cup extra coarsely chopped almonds, (pealed and toasted before) 
Ground chili, ground cumin, mango powder, salt (spice according to taste... but I added lots of mango powder) 
Fresh coriander 
Shallow fry until golden on both sides
