Squash, Sweet Potato & Carrot Subji

Made squash, sweet potato & carrot subji with roasted cashews, plus ekadasi chapatis (which is a top favorite :) )

Quick recipe (roughly) things to be added in order:
- bit of ghee,
- 1 and half cup of each vegetable
- 1-2 tsp ground cumin/turmeric/ekadasi hing/mango powder/salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon/nutmeg
- little grated coconut
- a few bay leaves
- bit of cayenne pepper, and a tiny bit of brown sugar
- 1 cup water or whatever needed.
cook until ready and add cashews.
