Cranberry Muffins w/ Crumb Topping by Rohini

2 c flour
1/5 c sugar
2 t baking powder
1/5 t cinnamon
3/4 ish cup of milk
1/2 c oil
a little egg replacer of your choice
1 c of cranberries

the topping really makes it:

1/3 c sugar
1/3 c flour
3 T butter
lemon rind (important!)

bake at 400 F till done

I used half non bleached white flour and half spelt flour
