Baked Cheesecake by Rohinid

This one had 60% curd, 40% cream cheese, cream, lemon juice and a tiny bit of arrowroot for thickening. It is easy and works well.

The crust is super yummy, it is 1 c flour, 1/2 c whole wheat flour, pinch salt. You rub it or mix it in a food... processor, then pat it in the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 min at 450 F. Then you pour the filling in and bake till done.
