Sweet Potato Latkes by Mary Maha

You grate a large sweet potato, bind it with 1/3 cup of flour (or besan), add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 Tbs jaggery, 1 1/2 tsp salt, about a 1/4 tsp black pepper, and red chili powder (or crushed chillies) to taste. And because I'm me, I like to put in a dash of hing to make it good. Everything needs a dash of hing to make it good. :-)
